The Ganga Mandir, which resides within the heart of the city of #Bharatpur is one of the most beautiful temples in #Rajasthan. In it lies the surprising deity of Ganga Maharaj fabricated from pristine white marble. Maharaja Balwant Singh started out building this temple inside the mid-19th century. However, he had a very particular request that required all of the prosperous inhabitants of the city to donate one month’s pay to assist in the direction of the temple’s introduction.
